Breakout

Bounce the ball with your paddle to break every brick. Levels, falling power-ups, and lives. Slide your finger or use the keyboard.

Tips for Breakout

Where the ball hits the paddle sets its direction: the middle sends it straight up, the edges send it off at a steep angle. Use this to aim for gaps and get the ball above the bricks, where it bounces around on its own. Yellow bricks need two hits. Catch falling prizes: W widens the paddle, + adds a life, S slows the ball, and M splits it into three. The ball gets a little faster every level.

How to install the app

This browser has not offered an automatic install button yet. Install it from the browser menu:

Android (Chrome)
Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
iPhone / iPad (Safari)
Tap the Share button (the square with an up arrow), then choose "Add to Home Screen". On iOS this only works in Safari.
Computer (Chrome / Edge)
