Dots and Boxes

Take turns drawing lines between dots. Close a box to claim it and move again. Two players or against the AI.

A classic pencil-and-paper game

Dots and Boxes is usually played on squared paper during a boring class. The key: never draw the third side of a box, because your opponent simply closes it and moves again. Near the end the board splits into chains of boxes, and whoever is forced to open the first chain usually loses. The AI here closes boxes when it can and avoids giving away third sides.
