Simon Says

Remember a growing sequence of colours and tones, then repeat it. Every pad also has a symbol and a number.

Training working memory

Working memory is the small "whiteboard" in your brain that holds information for a few seconds. Most adults can keep about 7 things in mind at once. Simon trains it with a sequence that grows by one each round and speeds up. Helpful tricks: say the numbers silently, or group the sequence into small chunks like a phone number. Relaxed mode replays the sequence when you slip; strict mode ends the game.
